Headquartered in Phoenix, AZ, Trivium Investments Group specializes in the acquisition, reposition, and project management of multi-family and commercial real estate projects.  Though we operate within a broad market, we specialize in opportunistic and value-add properties in the downtown and central Phoenix areas. Our goal is to maximize value for our investors while simultaneously helping to enhance the communities in which we invest.

We handle all aspects of our real estate deals, including acquisition, fix up and reposition, construction management, property management, financing of the assets, as well as eventual disposition.  This wide range of expertise and knowledge allows us to bring a unique perspective and skill set to each development opportunity.
